Fluent in English and Mandarin
Julia is originally from China and has been living in Australia since 2004, where she completed her Master of Commerce. Julia looks after students from parts of Southeast Asia, namely Singapore, Malaysia, South Korea and Hong Kong. She has been working with IDP for more than 8 years and prides herself on ensuring the best outcome for her students. When she isn’t working, she enjoys shopping and trying different foods.
Fluent in Mandarin and English
Chris is from China and has been living in Australia for over 10 years. He has more than 4 years’ experience in the migration industry, and mainly specialises in GSM (state nomination), skill assessment applications, temporary working visas, student visas, family visas, resident return visa, visitor visas and other migration-related issues.
Fluent in English and Filipino
Danica has several years of experience in administration and counselling students. She will work closely with the Sydney team to support Filipino students. In her spare time, Danica loves singing, watching K-dramas and she is a part of the BTS Army.
Fluent in English and Vietnamese
Kelvin is an experienced Education counsellor who has worked in the Education industry since 2017. He enjoys helping international students from different backgrounds, especially Vietnamese students. His expertise lies in understanding student needs and the ability to analyse and provide students with the best study plans. He has a sound knowledge of Migration as well. Kelvin enjoys playing badminton and loves travelling.

Han is originally from Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. She used to be an international student in Australia with background in law and accounting. Han has over 4 years of experience working with international students. She also has an understanding of visas processes and migration. I her spare time, she likes to binge-watch Hong Kong TVB dramas.

Jasmin brings over 4 years of industry expertise as an education counsellor. With her personal experience as an international student, Jasmin has a firsthand understanding of the unique challenges and requirements faced by students. During her free time, she enjoys exploring different cuisines and hiking.
Fluent in English and Urdu
Faiyaz is an expert in education counselling and migration administration for international students from diverse backgrounds. Being actively involved in the education industry since 2019 he is well informed about the needs and goals of international students in Australia. Faiyaz is passionate about hiking, travelling, indie music and playing guitar.
Fluent in English and Hindi
Smitha has over 7 years of experience in the education industry. With previous experience having worked at the IDP India office, she is highly passionate about counselling students and being a part of their future career goals. Her hobbies include watching true crime and spending time with family.
Fluent in English and Filipino
Mica has nearly 3 years of experience in international education industry, and 4 years of global development work across Asia-Pacific region. She believes in the art of process, progress and output so her work reflects on purposeful action towards a timeline-oriented approach for her students to meet their goals. She strongly believes in the Japanese concept of Kaizen which means improvement. She enjoys trekking, physical sports, reading and journalling on her free time.

Amy is an experienced education counsellor from Hanoi, Vietnam. She has been working in the international education and student recruitment sector for more than 5 years. She is passionate about her students' success and achievements in Australia and helps them through the best pathway forward. She loves to spend her free time exploring places for good coffee and pastries.
Fluent in Hindi, Punjabi and English
Jyoti is an Education Expert with more than 5 years' work experience in Australian Education Industry and around 10 years' work experience in International Education Industry. She provides great solutions to her students who ask for her assistance and ensure on creating an impactful study experience for her students. Jyoti enjoys cooking, shopping and music. She is always keen to learn new and more in her life.

Karla is originally from the Philippines. She started working with IDP as front desk and back-office support in 2019. After 2 years, she joined counselling team in 2021 as she has found her passion in assisting international students with their study plans and future goals. She speaks English and Tagalog. She loves cooking, traveling, and watching Netflix series.
