What is the New Zealand Citizen Family Relationship (temporary) Visa (subclass 461)?

This visa is for a person who is not a New Zealand citizen but is a member of a family unit of a New Zealand citizen. The subclass 461 visa is a temporary visa that is designed to allow partners and dependent children of New Zealand citizens to live in Australia with their family.
