1. Why did you choose to study in Australia?

I come from Hohhot, Inner Mongolia, China. Australia is a multicultural country with beautiful surroundings and prosperous cities. Australia also provides high-quality education which is why I chose to come here to study and improve my academic skills.

2. How was IDP able to help you?

IDP specialises in global education services approved by the government. Every counsellor and migration agent is patient and provides a one-to-one service. You don’t need to worry if English isn’t your first language - You can request a counsellor who has the ability to speak the same language. The most significant thing is that students do not need to pay IDP for their services.

3. Are there any (major) challenges you faced?

When I was planning to apply for higher studies, I had no idea about the process on how to apply and what documentation I should prepare, which I really struggled with. IDP helped me prepare everything and submit documents on time.

4. What are your goals for your career in Australia?

I would like to continue to study post-doc and find a workplace at a university or research institute focusing on academic research.

5. Is there any advice for international students?

Enjoy Australia study, Australia life, Australian culture and food! Important thing is please do not hesitate to contact with IDP if you have any questions with your study application, migration and visa application.
