1. When did you first get in touch with IDP?

My first encounter with IDP dates back to 2013 when I was applying for high school in Australia. IDP Vietnam has offered to help me with my visa application, accommodation, language school enrolment, and high school enrolment. However, most of the interaction and communication was through my parents at that time (since I was too young).

2. How was IDP able to help you?

Then came 2017 which was when I started university and is my first true interaction with IDP where I started to be the main person of contact instead of my parents. IDP Australia was professional and efficient in sorting out my student visa and university enrolment in which almost all procedures were done within a day.

3. What was your favourite part about using IDP’s services?

The thing I like most about IDP is that the counsellors are all very professional and knowledgeable within their fields. Everyone who I engaged for services were all able to provide me with great insights and relevant information on topics such as education and migration, both of which are very important for international students. In addition, IDP manages to get the job done in a quick manner, and usually processes are quite streamlined with little to no delay and minimal involvement. This means that I would not have to worry too much about all the complicated processes going on in the background.

4. What are your aspirations?

I am currently working as a grad software engineer at a fintech company. Within the upcoming years, I would like to hone and broaden my skillset to become a senior full stack engineer, someone who is well-versed in database, backend, and frontend development. Additionally, I would also like to pick up software quality assurance skills which will provide me with more opportunities down the line.
