Your face-to-face counselling session has just become easier and more comfortable! Choose this service if you prefer to have a 1-on-1 counselling session at a specific date and time. Here’s how it works:

Interact with your IDP counsellor right now! Choose this service if you’d like to jump into a free one-on-one virtual session with an IDP expert anytime from 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Here’s how it works!
Frequently asked questions
1- Can I access IDP virtual services without downloading Zoom app?
No. Before joining a virtual session on a computer, tablet or mobile device, you need to download the Zoom app. Otherwise, you will be prompted to download and install Zoom when you click the join link. Basic requirements for your devices and browsers are available here.
2- Can my parents join the session?
Yes, parents are welcome to join the virtual session.
3- Will I still receive the same level of information in a virtual session as a face to face session?
Yes. We are committed to ensuring that you have access to the right information, support and care. Your virtual counselling session is a face to face discussion with the counsellor. The only difference is that it is done online, not at our office premises. So, you’ll get all the information you need during the virtual session.
4- Can I complete my application via virtual counselling?
Yes. Your application can be completed during the virtual counselling session.
5- Can the counsellor still assist me in paying an application fee/tuition fee deposit to the university?
Yes. Your counsellor will support you in every step in your application process.
6- Can the counsellor advise me on visa application process and assist me in submitting it online?
Yes. Your visa application can be completed via virtual counselling session.
7- Can I get advice on study options for different destinations in the same virtual counselling session? or do I book for separate sessions for other destinations?
Yes, it is possible to receive advise on study options for different destinations and you may also book a separate one-to-one session with destination focused counselors.
