The Bristol Black Master's Scholarship helps talented students from black backgrounds in Bristol's postgraduate community access taught postgraduate study (MA, MSc or MRes) at the University of Bristol.
Scholarships worth £5,000 each for 3 talented UK postgraduate students from black backgrounds.
Eligibility
The below criteria applied to the 2024 cycle:
Applied to study a full-time master's programme (MA, MSc or MRes only) at the University of Bristol that starts in autumn 2024.
Are from a group that is underrepresented in Bristol's postgraduate community according to our widening participation criteria.
Are eligible for home tuition fees.
Eligible applicants will also have one of the following categories of ethnicity:
Black or Black British: African
Black or Black British: Caribbean
Mixed: White and Black Caribbean
Mixed: White and Black African
Other Black background.
