Set in the midst of Letchworth Garden City, St. Francis’ College has been providing first-class education for girls for over 85 years, blending traditional values with a modern vision.
Students receive individual care that promotes their spiritual, moral, intellectual, creative, and physical development. The unique qualities of each student are recognized, encouraging social responsibility and respect for others.
Founded in 1933, the school is now part of the Inspired Learning Group, a family of independent schools and nurseries delivering a rich education that combines passion and innovation to develop and inspire children in a nurturing environment for a vibrant future.
St. Francis’ College provides daytime weekday education for children aged 3 - 18 and day, flexi, and full boarding for pupils aged 10 plus. Small class sizes, individual attention, and a supportive, caring environment help ensure that each girl enjoys her education and reaches her full potential academically, socially, and in a wide range of activities and extra-curricular pursuits.
St. Francis’ College is a happy and inclusive school where achievement in all areas is encouraged and celebrated. The College has grown and developed in many ways over the years, but the principles of the early founding Sisters remain at the heart of the Colleges ethos today.
