The MSBA/MSM dual degree arms you with a unique set of analytical tools such as CRIS-DM and Analytics Life Cycle to guide data management for timely executive decision making as applied to marketing research.
You will also learn how to design studies, gather and analyze data through surveys and make strategic decisions based on data. With the MSBA/MSM dual degree program, MSBA students will learn how to apply business analytics in the marketing context and how to conduct marketing research. MSM students can complement their marketing research capabilities and familiarity of customer behavior with data management and business analytics skills. Thus, we propose a dual MSBA/MSM degree that will enable interested MSBA or MSM students to broaden their portfolio of skills with fewer classes compared to taking the two degrees subsequently.

Note: Students must have passed a university-level statistics course in the past 5 years (B or better), have equivalent industry experience, or have an undergraduate or graduate degree in natural science (biology, chemistry, physics), engineering, math, business, computer and information sciences, finance, marketing, or social and behavioral sciences (psychology, economics, sociology and political science). GMAT or GRE scores are recommended for applicants not meeting this criteria.
Students enrolling in graduate programs must have a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university in the United States, or an equivalent degree granted by an institution in another country (as determined by the Office of Graduate Admission).
Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL). Suffolk welcomes both the TOEFL iBT and TOEFL Essentials. To be considered for full admission, a minimum TOEFL iBT score of 80, with no subscore lower than 17, or a minimal TOEFL Essentials overall band score of 8.5, with no subsection below 8, is required. Suffolk University's code for TOEFL test scores is 3771.
International English Language Testing System (IELTS). A minimum score of 6.5 (with no subscore below 6.0) is required to be considered for full admission.
