BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveying And Commercial Management

This multidisciplinary professional course involves all aspects of construction, real estate/property business and civil engineering works. It is designed to empower you with the innovative and creative skills required to tackle complex commercial and construction project management issues, pertaining to sustainability, life cycle costing, service innovation and value co-creation.It will equip you with knowledge and skills for professional advice on estimating, construction cost management, maintenance cost, procurement strategies, quantification of elements, value management and contract/commercial issues. The different range of core and optional modules gives learners excellent professional and industry experiences.Quantity surveying provides services ranging from procurement advise, commercial guidance, measurement of construction items, quantification of resources, valuations, costing/estimating, life cycle costing, value management, value engineering, contract administration/management, project management and other post-construction management decisions.

A Levels in at least two subjects

T Levels
International Baccalaureate 24 points including a minimum of 15 points at Higher Level
We also welcome applications from students who are taking Level 3 or higher qualifications not on the UCAS tariff calculator, and will assess the suitability, on a case by case basis.

In addition to one of the above, you should have:

GCSE English Grade 4/C or Level 2 Functional Skills in English
GCSE Mathematics Grade 4/C or Level 2 Functional Skills in Mathematics
International Qualifications
We accept a wide range of European and international qualifications in addition to A-levels, the International Baccalaureate and BTEC qualifications.
IELTS 5.5 with a minimum of 5.5 in Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking (or recognised equivalent).
