Shazia Khatoon has been a vital member of the IDP team for two years, serving as an Invigilator at the CD-IELTS Test Centre in Hyderabad. Her role encompasses managing the CD-IELTS test centre's operations from start to finish, ensuring the test lab setup adheres to the standard operating procedures (SOP). Khatoon is responsible for preparing the test lab for examination conditions, including arranging furniture, setting up systems, and fulfilling other requirements specified in the SOP.
She coordinates with the operations team for the downloading and uploading of test materials and maintains strict time management to commence and conclude the test promptly.
