A. Over-the-counter payment/s in Metrobank branches

This payment method is done over-the-counter at any Metrobank branch nationwide. Choose from the following for further instructions:

A.1. Over-the-counter payment/s for all IELTS test venues except Cebu City

If you will be taking the IELTS test in cities in Metro Manila, Davao City, Bacolod, Baguio, Batangas, Cabanatuan, Cagayan de Oro, Dipolog, Iloilo, Laguna, Cavite, Lipa, Naga, Pampanga, and/or Tagaytay, please use the form for the Metro Manila Test Centre.

1. Payments over-the-counter through Metrobank branches may be made immediately. Obtain a Payment Slip once you arrive at the Metrobank branch nearest you.

2. Ensure that all details are indicated on the Payment Slip:

a. Utility Code: 459 - Company Name: PH009 IDP MANILA
b. Subscriber Name: (Complete) IELTS Candidate Name
c. Subscriber No.: Exam Date and Venue
d. Reference No.: Candidate Registered ID
e. Telephone No./ Other Details: Cell Number (last 10 digits only, remove the 0) A sample Deposit Slip for Manila direct payments is shown below, with the red texts as legends. You will need to change the details in blue.

A.2. Over-the-counter payment/s in Cebu City only

If you will be taking the IELTS test in Cebu City, please use the form for the Cebu Test Centre.

1. Payments over-the-counter through Metrobank branches may be made immediately. Obtain a Payment Slip once you arrive at the Metrobank branch nearest you.

2. Ensure that all details are indicated on the Payment Slip:

B. Bills Payment Procedure via Metrobankdirect Personal Payment

This payment method is done through Metrobank's Online Banking website using personal accounts.

1. Go to the nearest / most convenient Metropolitan Bank and Trust Co. (MBTC) Branch and enroll to Metrobankdirect Personal.

2. Once enrolled, login to https://personal.metrobankdirect.com.

3. Select Pay Bills.

4. Under Special Biller, select the Category then the Biller from the dropdown lists.

NOTE:
• If you will be taking the IELTS test in Metro Manila, Davao City, Bacolod, Baguio, Batangas, Cabanatuan, Cagayan de Oro, Dipolog, Iloilo, Laguna, Cavite, Lipa, Naga, Pampanga, and/or Tagaytay, please indicate PH009 IDP Manila under this field.
• (Starting 1 April 2019 only) If you will be taking the IELTS test in Cebu City, please indicate PH152 IDP Cebu under this field.

5. Enter the Subscriber/Account No. (Max of 30 Alphanumeric Characters) Exam Date and Venue

6. Enter the Reference No. (Max of 20 Alphanumeric Characters) Candidate ID Number

7. Enter the Phone No. (Max of 10 Alphanumeric Characters) Cell Number last 10 digits only

8. Select the Account Number where the payment will be debited.

9. Enter the Amount to be paid.

10. Select Immediate Payment or Future Dated, then click Continue button.

11. Click Confirm button for the system to process the payment.

12. View or print Transaction Acknowledgment Receipt as proof of payment.

C. Bills Payment Procedure via Metrobankdirect Corporate Payment

This payment method is done through Metrobank's Online Banking website using corporate accounts.

1. Go to the nearest / most convenient Metropolitan Bank and Trust Co. (MBTC) Branch and enroll to Metrobankdirect Corporate.

2. Once enrolled, login as Maker to https://corporate.metrobankdirect.com.

3. Select Bills Payment.

4. Under New Bills Payment, select the Biller from the service provider dropdown list.

NOTE:
• If you will be taking the IELTS test in Metro Manila, Davao City, Bacolod, Baguio, Batangas, Cabanatuan, Cagayan de Oro, Dipolog, Iloilo, Laguna, Cavite, Lipa, Naga, Pampanga, and/or Tagaytay, please indicate PH009 IDP Manila under this field.
• (Starting 1 April 2019 only) If you will be taking the IELTS test in Cebu City, please indicate PH152 IDP Cebu under this field.

5. Enter the Subscriber/Account No. (Max of 30 Alphanumeric Characters) Exam Date and Venue

6. Enter the Reference No. (Max of 20 Alphanumeric Characters) Candidate ID Number

7. Enter the Phone No. (Max of 10 Alphanumeric Characters) Cell Number last 10 digits only

8. Select the Account Number where the payment will be debited.

9. Enter the Amount to be paid.

10. Select Immediate Payment or Future Dated Payment, then click Submit button.

11. Click Confirm button for the payment to be submitted for authorization.

12. Login as Authorizer to https://corporate.metrobankdirect.com.

13. Go to TO DO LIST, select the Trans. Ref. No. of the Bills Payment request. Click Authorize then OK to confirm.

14. View or print Debit Memo as proof of payment.

D. Bills Payment Procedure via Metrobank Mobile Banking Payment

This payment method is done through Metrobank's Online Mobile Application.

1. Go to the nearest / most convenient Metropolitan Bank and Trust Co. (MBTC) Branch and enroll the Globe, Sun or Smart phone in Mobile Banking.

2. Once enrolled, access the Metrobank Mobile Banking through javabased applet installed in the mobile phone or the IOS-compatible application downloaded for free at app stores to the mobile phone and select Pay Bill.

3. Select Others then Biller Name.

4. Select the Account Number where the payment will be debited.

NOTE:
• If you will be taking the IELTS test in Metro Manila, Davao City, Bacolod, Baguio, Batangas, Cabanatuan, Cagayan de Oro, Dipolog, Iloilo, Laguna, Cavite, Lipa, Naga, Pampanga, and/or Tagaytay, please indicate PH009 IDP Manila under this field.
• If you will be taking the IELTS test in Cebu City, please indicate PH152 IDP Cebu under this field.

5. Enter the IELTS Candidate Number (Reference Number of Payee)

6. Enter the Amount to be paid.

7. Key in OTP to confirm the transaction.

8. Wait for SMS Confirmation of the status of payment and save the message for future reference.
