ARU, supported by the British Council, is excited to offer five fully funded postgraduate scholarships for female students (including those who identify as female) to study engineering.
The scholarships are available to students from Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Pakistan and Sri Lanka.
This scholarship programme aims to increase opportunities in STEM for women where globally, female enrolment in STEM-related subjects is low.
The award covers full tuition fees for the following one-year Masters courses:
- MSc Electronic and Electrical Engineering
- MSc Mechanical Engineering
- MSc Engineering Management
- MSc Construction Project Management
- MSc Construction and Civil Engineering Management
It also covers an economy return airfare, a monthly stipend to support living in the UK, and a contribution to costs associated with securing a visa, NHS surcharge and other, similar charges.
Scholars will benefit from our on campus en-suite accommodation.
After starting the course, you will have access to a £2,000 Career Development Bursary which can be used to support your networking and fund additional training or similar professional activities to maximise your time in the UK.
You must be able to start your course in the UK.
After checking you meet the academic entry requirements for the course and that you are eligible for scholarship, apply to your Masters course online:
