have Namibian Citizenship
have an interest in pursuing a career in the Namibian Petroleum Industry
have relevant Honors or Undergraduate Degree with an average pass of 60% and above for Postgraduate Scholarships
have outstanding Academic results with excellent passes in Mathematics, Sciences and English for Undergraduate Scholarships
have willingness to commence studies in the next academic year
pass relevant English tests where applicable
have the ability to commence studies in the next academic year
