- Satisfactory academic standing
- Open to students in a master's or doctoral program in the field of Public Health
- Preference given to students registered in the Health Policy and Management program
- Selection based on academic standing demonstrated leadership and community involvement
- Financial need will be taken into consideration during the selection process
- The recipient must not be receiving other scholarships and awards with a total value of CAN $15,000 dollars or greater while holding this scholarship
