Hold an offer (conditional or unconditional) to start a one-year full time masters degree on one of the following courses within the School of Mathematics, Statistics and Actuarial Science or the School of Computer Science and Electronic Engineering, starting in October 2024. ̶MSc in Data Science and its Applications ̶ MSc Artificial Intelligence and its applications ̶ MSc Applied Data Science ̶ MSc Data Science ̶ MSc Artificial Intelligence ̶ MSc Big Data and Text Analytics ̶ MSc Optimisation and Data Analytics ̶ MSc Advanced Computer Science ̶ MSc Financial Technology ̶ MSc Computer Engineering ̶ MSc Computer Networks and Security ̶ MSc Electronic Engineering ̶ MSc 5G and Emerging Communications Systems ̶ MSc Intelligent Systems and Robotics
The scholarship is intended to cover all costs associated with the programme study including:
Tuition fees for one year taught masters course only.
Up to 12-months monthly stipend at the rate of £1,347 per month, to cover costs of living, including accommodation.
IELTS exam fee (for scholars without a valid test of English).
Return economy-class travel from home country to UK.
Study-related costs, such as essential travel, materials, equipment, thesis printing etc.
Visa and insurance / NHS surcharge costs.
Ad hoc costs (heavy baggage allowance, etc.)
Eligibility:
Be a passport holder and permanent resident of Brazil
Be a self-funded female overseas fee payer
Students receiving a repayable loan to fund their studies will be considered as self-funded.
