Selection criteria:
SCHEME 1: Open to postgraduate students (Taught or Research) in ANY discipline within the College of Arts & Humanities. An award (up to £1500) is offered to support travel and subsistence expenses related to a project on any aspect of the University's Whistler collections. The Committee is particular keen to support projects that promote collections research, student professional development and/or engagement in public-facing activity. The kinds of projects eligible for funding include (but are not limited to) student research network/knowledge exchange activity and events such as workshops, visual displays, film and live performance.
SCHEME 2: Open to postgraduate AND undergraduate students in ANY discipline within the College of Arts & Humanities. Awards are offered to support general academic and career development, e.g., dissertation work, work placement activity or conference attendance. Open to students engaged in work on any topic. Please note that the majority of awards will not exceed £1000.
