The International Rocket Award is a merit scholarship based on your GPA. No other application necessary! If you qualify, you get the scholarship when you are admitted to UToledo.
Most universities have a surcharge for out-of-state students. UToledo's is about USD $9,360 per year. The USD $8,000/year Rocket Nation Scholarship helps offset the out-of-state surcharge for international students.
Students who apply directly to the American Language Institute (ALI) at The University of Toledo and students who meet UToledo academic requirements but are referred to the ALI may be eligible for this assistance upon the successful completion of the ALI program. This scholarship will not be applied to any fees associated with the ALI.
