Building Renovation Technology is a three-year advanced diploma program with a co-operative education component. Students will learn to plan, implement, and lead building and renovation projects. Graduates of this program will be equipped with proven skills through two co-op education work terms.This three-year Building Renovation Technology Advanced Diploma program will prepare students to plan, implement, and lead building and renovation projects and equip them with the skills to manage the technical and business operations related to a range of building projects in the residential and light commercial sectors of the construction industry.
