Master of Banking and Finance and Master of Marketing

The highly practical Master of Banking and Finance is designed to meet employer needs and will develop your theoretical knowledge alongside your practical capabilities. You’ll develop your knowledge and skills in the core areas of financial principles, analysis and modelling, econometrics and statistics. And you’ll have the opportunity to undertake electives in areas such as fintech, environmental finance, capital markets and business valuation.

Designed in consultation with industry, the Master of Marketing takes a practical, applied approach to teaching and learning, and will enable you to work in a team, identify opportunities and creatively solve business problems. It will provide you with the knowledge, skills and professional attributes you’ll need to advance your career in the rapidly changing world of marketing.

Master of Banking and Finance

AQF level 7 bachelor's qualification in a related field or recognised equivalent or

AQF level 7 bachelor's qualification or recognised equivalent and minimum of two years (full-time equivalent) of relevant approved work experience, professional certification or other recognised prior learning

Master of Marketing

AQF level 7 bachelor qualification in a related field or recognised equivalent, or

AQF level 7 bachelor qualification or recognised equivalent, and two years relevant approved work experience, professional certification or other recognised prior learning

English language requirements

• IELTS Academic - IELTS of 6.5 overall with minimum 6.0 in each band, or equivalent
• TOEFL iBT - 83 (Reading - 13; Writing - 21; Listening - 12; Speaking - 18)
• PTE Academic - 58 minimum 52 in each band, or equivalent
• Cambridge English (C1A or C2P) - 180 minimum 169 in each band, or equivalent
• Occupational English Test (OET) - (Reading - C+; Writing - C+; Listening - C/C+; Speaking - C/C+)
• Duolingo English Test (DET) - 115 minimum 110 in each band, or equivalent
