Post Graduate Certificate in Business Management

This foundational credential is designed for both internationally educated students and experienced Canadian individuals who do not have a background in business principles, and students who may need advanced skills to move into or expand on management careers. Students will examine introductory business, economics, finance and management practices, with an emphasis on applied concepts typically encountered in Canadian workplaces.

The Business Management certificate can be used as a prerequisite for admission to MITT Post-Graduate Diploma programs. Students that complete this 12-month program will receive advanced standing for the first term of a diploma. That means you will already have the credits for the first four courses, and will earn a one-term scheduled academic break before continuing your studies.

This makes it possible to apply for two post-graduate programs at oncethe Business Management Certificate plus a diploma of your choice. Progression to the diploma is based on successful completion of the certificate.

An undergraduate diploma or degree from an accredited institution, with good academic standing. A minimum of 2 years of full-time undergraduate level coursework from an accredited may also be considered

IELTS 6.0 overall, noband less than 5.5
TOEFL iBT: Overall score of 78, with no less than 17 in each component
TOEFL Paper Delivered Test - 17 in Reading, Writing and Listening
