Bachelor of Science in Digital Journalism and Master of Arts in Communications and Digital Media

Digital Journalism (DJN) on the Pleasantville campus provides students with the real-world skills they need to achieve a successful career in journalism. The combined degree program will reflect the rapid changes the industry experiences and will prepare students for a robust job market, with courses focused on the digital newsroom, global newsroom, digital storytelling, audio production (including podcasting) and video production, and the fundamental skills for journalism. Students graduating from the program can expect to be employed in fields ranging from broadcast reporter to social media editor.
