Master of Sustainable Tourism, Hospitality and Event Management (P_120)

The Master of Sustainable Tourism, Hospitality and Event Management provides students with the specialist knowledge and skills required to shape the future of the tourism, hospitality, and event management sectors in Australia and overseas. Graduates of the program will be equipped to deliver sustainability and innovation outcomes through working in a variety of managerial, operational, policy, planning and research roles. The program allows students to complete majors in a variety of themes, including human resource management, innovation and entrepreneurship, management, marketing, and planning and place making. Students are provided pathways to employment through work placements, applied projects and opportunities to engage with high-profile industry and government partners.

Master of Sustainable Tourism and Heritage 1.5 Year Pathway 120 credit points Applicants must have successfully completed a bachelor degree or higher in tourism heritage geography social science cultural studies humanities business hospitality events environmental management or a related discipline or a bachelor degree or higher in any discipline and a minimum of two years fulltime equivalent work experience in roles related to tourism heritage andor the visitor economy or a bachelor degree or higher in any discipline AND a minimum of five years fulltime equivalent general work experience or an advanced diploma or equivalent in tourism heritage geography social science cultural studies humanities business hospitality events environmental management or a related discipline AND five years fulltime equivalent work experience at a managerial or professional level in roles related to tourism heritage andor the visitor economy IELTS - 6.5 overall score - Minimum 6.0 in each subtest Total score 82 - Writing 21, Speaking 18, Reading 13, Listening 13 Paper Based Test - 575
