Bachelor of Arts in Multidisciplinary Studies

The Multidisciplinary Studies major curriculum will focus on upper division level courses, designed to integrate a student's academic interest and skills. Western's Multidisciplinary Studies major provides a solid liberal arts education to prepare students for rapidly changing career opportunities in many different fields. It is designed for students whose interests cannot be served by Western's established majors, and who want to focus their major studies across courses and departments to better meet their career goals or preparation for advanced levels of education.

Official transcripts (an official transcript evaluation from an approved organization may also be required). An essay that helps the Admissions Committee understand your academic goals, related experiences and/or preparatory course work, and professional goals. TOEFL (iBT): a score of 79 or higher IELTS: a score of 6.5 or higher. SAT (evidence-based reading and writing only): a score of 550 or higher “B” (3.0) or higher in two college-level English composition courses at a U.S. college/university GPA-2.5
