Do you have the latest version?

Before getting in touch with our support team for help with our app, check that you have downloaded the latest version of IDP Live from the App Store or Google Play Store.

Using an iPhone?

To check you have the latest version of our app, open the App Store on your device and tap "Updates" to see if it needs to be updated.

Using an Android phone?

On the Google Play Store, tap "Menu" and then "My apps and games". Apps with an update available are labeled "Update" so simply find our app and tap "Update".

How do I delete my IDP Live app account?

Follow the below steps to delete your IDP Live account:

  1. Login to the app and click the 'Hamburger menu' on the top left of the Home screen.

  2. Click on the settings icon to access your Profile.

  3. Click 'Forget me' to proceed with your account deletion.

  4. Agree to the terms and conditions before clicking on 'Continue' to delete your account.

You can also email us at privacyoffier@idp.com requesting to delete your account.

I'm having trouble logging in…

If you need your IDP username, contact your IDP counsellor. If you have forgotten your password, you can use the “Forgot password” link. If the issue still persists, please send an email to appsupport@idp.com and let us know:

  • Your IDP App username

  • The device you’re accessing the app from

  • A screenshot if possible

We would also suggest you reinstalling the app, as updates are made frequently. Downloading the latest version may also solve your problem.
