1. When did you first get in touch with IDP?

I was working full-time in Vietnam with an undergraduate degree in finance, when I realised, I wanted to work in the marketing industry. Since I had no relevant education qualifications in marketing, I thought about exploring my study abroad options. In mid-2017 a friend of mine who had previously used IDP’s services, referred me to them. I called IDP and a contact centre agent helped me booked an appointment with an education counsellor.

2. How was IDP able to help you?

My IDP counsellor helped me find marketing courses in Australia and UK but ultimately, we weighed my options and chose Australia as my study destination. I was initially under the notion that since their services were free, IDP’s assistance would be limited. However, IDP made sure they assisted me throughout my entire study abroad experience. My counsellor helped collate all the important documents I needed to put together including my statement of purpose and academic transcripts. This was especially helpful to me as I was working full-time and was short on spare time.

3. What was your favourite part about using IDP’s services?

My favourite part about IDP was my counsellor’s expertise on university ranking and top courses.

4. What are your aspirations?

I am excited to have recently graduated with a master’s in marketing and sales and joined the IDP Melbourne team!
