Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care

This one-year full-time program is widely available across Australia. It teaches you the basics on how to work with young children in a childcare centre, allowing you to provide a high-quality education based on evidence based practices, best practice for health and safety, and ethics when working with kids. There are hands-on practical placements as part of the course.

Tuition fees are between $12,000 and $20,000 a year, and a minimum IELTS score 5.5 (although this differs across providers). This qualification allows you to be:
