When you apply for admission at UW la crosse, you'll submit the state of Wisconsin application, a small application fee, copies of your academic records from your secondary school and any post-secondary coursework, evidence of English proficiency, evidence of ability to pay for your education, and a copy of your passport photo page. This information will allow us to make an admission decision and to issue your I-20 immigration documents.
