Unfortunately, with 5.5 hours banned, you will not be able to get an ID, but from any institution in Canada, it is very, very low. You might have to reappear and you have to get a minimum six to be able to apply for any program in Canada at Canadian institutions.

The University of Ottawa requires students to get a minimum of 6.5 on their IELTS test. However, if you needed some extra support getting that score, we do have several options available to you. At the University of Winnipeg, students are able to begin the online application process prior to meeting the English language requirement. But in order to gain admission, students will need to submit an overall band score of 6.5 in the academic module for IELTS, or they can enter into our English language program.
