My name is Megan, I'm the deputy head of international student recruitment here at Queen Mary University of London. London has an excellent public transport system and it's easy to get from every corner of the city using the tube or the bus. You can also use the boats on the Thames as part of public transportation. Students who are enrolled also will receive a travel card to give them discounted travel. But my favorite way to see the city is walking. You'll discover neighborhoods, markets, restaurants and lots of different places that you never would have seen from public transport.

If you live near CBD and also you would like to travel a little bit further, it's totally fine and it's very, very convenient because you got trams, like almost everywhere and you also got the train to go to, let's say the suburb or whereas you want to explore the nature or somewhere as far away. It's very, very convenient. You just need to have the My key card.

Hi, this is Sarah from UniSA. I'm here at this U.S. campus in Adelaide City. The city is known as a 20 minute city, which means that it only takes 20 minutes to get to the beaches or the hills. The city center is serviced by free trams and buses. So you can just hop on whenever you want. The city is also quite flat. So it's very easy if you don't have a car to get it out by foot or by bike.

For me, the best way to get around is by exploring different modes of transportation in your area. So it could be through train, through bus or you walk by foot, but most especially, don't be afraid to get lost.

Sean here, I'm just standing behind the quadrangle building on the campus and talking about the best ways to get around Sydney City. As you can see, there are plenty of cyclists that drive in and out of that campus each day. Personally, when I moved to Sydney, I sold my vehicle, and that was just because we had such a good public transport system. All you need to get is an open cut. There are also many places for buses, trains and ferries to get anywhere.

Armidale is a very accessible, small city, and my favorite way to see the sites around town is by bicycle. Cycling gives you a good slow pace to take in the sights. There's a bike path connecting the university and the city, which is safe, inconvenient when you are riding on the road. Drivers are courteous towards cyclists. There's not really too much traffic. It's hilly, but never too steep. And there are a lot of historic buildings and other sites to check out.

Hi there, you can explore the city of Ottawa by bus or by train. In fact, as a full time student at the University of Ottawa, you have access to the U-pass and the U-pass allows you to ride all of our buses and trains in the city. This is a great opportunity to commute to campus as well as explore the city and all it has to offer.

Hi, everyone. Definitely the best way to get around Christchurch is on something like this. This is my bicycle. I use it every day this cycle from home to work. In Christchurch, we have lots and lots of amazing cycleway. So it's really safe to get around the city, especially from the University of Canterbury. Just remember, the New Zealand helmet is compulsory for you, so be safe and I'll see you on your bicycle.
