The university offers a range of accommodation from university halls in Falmer, Phoenix Halls, Varley Park and the halls that is opposite of Mithras House in Moulsecoomb. The university can also help you find a house if you don't want to stay in halls and provide you with useful links and living arrangements.

We don't mandate that you live on the campus in your first year, although many students prefer this because often it's more affordable. You don't need to commute. There's a number of university owned off campus and on campus accommodation at the University of Chester. There's also a third party off campus accommodation, and that is owned by obviously other companies, not not the University of Chester. Students tend to live in these types of accommodation for their first year. And then for the second and third year of their undergraduate courses, they would rent maybe a private house with friends that they've met on their course. But obviously, this this isn't something that you definitely need to do.
