If they were, like in Sydney or in Melbourne, those opportunities are more scarce in the sense that there's so much competition. And in Adelaide, everyone knows everyone, and it's just really easy to network. So those opportunities come faster, Especially for. Engineers and a lot of roles, they are really in need of talents and especially people from international. Countries. Even though I had opportunities of moving into state, I chose against going there and staying here in Adelaide Because I see the growth, And I'm assuming it will be much more than what we've seen in the past because of the growth which is happening onground, on.
