The University has a long tradition of welcoming international students from around the world and is pleased to be able to offer guaranteed awards for entry at undergraduate level for students who meet certain academic requirements.
These awards will be paid towards the cost of tuition fees for the first year of study.
There is no application form to complete.
If you are eligible to receive the award, you will receive confirmation via your KentVision portal, within a few weeks of receiving an unconditional offer.
£2,000 tuition fee waiver for stage 1 (first year) of study.
Applicants must have AAA at A level (or specified equivalents) and meet other criteria.
Open to overseas fee paying applicants from any country, applying for full time courses.
The award will be awarded to overseas fee paying applicants of the University of Kent who meet all the criteria below.
Applicants must:
be entering the first year (Stage 1) of undergraduate degree study at the University of Kent's Canterbury or Medway campus
have achieved the required grades for at least one of the qualifications specified below
have not attained any qualification higher than those listed below (e.g. do not already hold an undergraduate degree)
not be participating in the Higher Degree Apprenticeship scheme and
have satisfied conditions of entry to the University of Kent.
Please note that KMMS students, Medway School of Pharmacy as well as students on a programme which includes a foundation year, are not eligible for this award.
