Master of Business Administration- Strategy and Innovation

The Strategy and Innovation concentration teaches students concepts and methods useful in strategic planning and in driving innovation across a range of industries. Students can design a curriculum from a broad range of courses and get involved in consulting projects or startup competitions.Career options in this field include management consulting, business development and general management. Students can also use these skills to start a business or work in entrepreneurial ventures. Companies that have hired International Business School graduates in these areas include startups and established firms including McKinsey & Company, Dell EMC and BlueSnap.

Transcripts

Applicants must have earned a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited U.S. or accredited international institution. Three-year degrees that are equivalent to a U.S. bachelor's degree will be considered for admission.
Unofficial transcripts from all post-secondary institutions attended are required. Degree audits will not be accepted in lieu of unofficial transcripts. Transcripts must be provided in English. If you have graduated from a program, and your transcript does not verify your graduation, please submit a copy of your degree certificate with your unofficial transcript(s). Official transcripts are required from each institution only if you accept an offer of admission.
Written

One written essay is required as part of the online application.

The written essay question is as follows:

Why are you interested in pursuing an MBA at this stage of your career, and how will the Brandeis MBA program prepare you to contribute to the global business community? (500 words)

Additionally, applicants must respond to a short answer question regarding their career goals. If necessary, applicants may provide additional information, not mentioned elsewhere in their application, that they would like the Admissions Committee to consider as part of their application.
Video
Applicants must also submit a brief video responding to two questions posed by the International Business School community. The Video Essay is a great way for the Admissions Committee to learn a little bit more about you.
R'sum and Work Experience
A current r'sum detailing educational and employment history is required. Typically, our MBA applicants have at least two years of full-time work experience.
We also require a detailed employment history as part of the online application so that we may fully understand your previous and current roles and assess your career progression.
GMAT or GRE Score
Students applying to Brandeis International Business School master's programs are not required to submit a GMAT or GRE score, but have the option to submit their scores for consideration.
Successful applicants typically have a TOEFL iBT score of at least 100, a TOEFL ITP score of at least 627, IELTS score of at least 7.0, Duolingo English Test score of at least 120 or PTE Academic score of at least 68.
