Bachelor of Science in Music Production

Music production tools are now accessible virtually anywhere in the world, however, the skills required to put those tools to use are what separate hobbyists from industry professionals. When you explore music production at Full Sail, youll gain a thorough and comprehensive understanding of music creation and production. After learning foundational concepts such as music theory and composition, youll explore an array of complex procedures and applications used in the music production industry. Coursework ranges from digital audio principles and digital workstation technology to advanced audio production and engineering techniques.

The Audio Arts Bachelor of Science program is designed to develop the knowledge and skills of audio professionals in the entertainment and media industries. The program focuses on recording, music, and event production and provides students with a strong foundation of academic and hands-on coursework. After you complete the core Audio Arts curriculum, you will have the opportunity to choose a concentration in Show Production, Music Production, Audio Production, or Recording Arts. The Audio Arts curriculum offers threaded project and portfolio courses that provide you with a relevant and comprehensive project-based learning experience throughout your academic journey. Additionally, career readiness education provided in the program guides students through professional development, career planning, and entrepreneurship objectives applicable to the audio industry.

Interview with Admissions Representative
The interview can be conducted via phone, Skype, or other communication tool. The interview will cover the program, admissions requirements (including the steps to submit the application), and seat deposit of $200 (campus degree only).
High School/Secondary School Transcript (required for undergraduate degree programs)
Applicants who have completed high school at a foreign institution must provide official documentation which will be evaluated in-house for equivalence. Documentation not in English must be accompanied by a certified English translation.
Verification of Language Proficiency
Applicants whose native language is not English must demonstrate the required level of language proficiency by providing documentation of one of the following-
