IDP Senior Education Consultant – Collin Chik

Collin focuses on student placement in the UK, Canada, Ireland, US and has spearheaded various student support campaigns since joining IDP. Excelled in public speaking with extensive debating experiences in both Hong Kong and the UK, Collin is also a major speaker for our inhouse seminars and school visits.

As an ex-IDP student who completed his bachelor’s degree at the University of Birmingham, Collin is an experienced hand who fully understands students’ needs and concerns during their study abroad journey. Collin was also a committee member of the Birmingham Hong Kong PASS back in university, dedicated to helping Hong Kong freshers to settle in the UK while promoting Hong Kong culture inside the campus.

Collin is outgoing, athletic and a friendly person to talk to. He has travelled around the UK during his studies — north to highland and south to Cornwall; and is more than happy to share his travelling stories with you. His deep understanding of university culture and Hong Kong international student community will definitely offer you a thorough perspective on studying abroad!
