The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of examination services, including data entry & data management, test invigilation, handling candidate registration and enquires as well as providing marketing and other clerical support to the office.
Higher Diploma / Associate Degree or Degree holder with at least 1 year’s work experience

Develop business plans and implement growth strategies to achieve IELTS revenue goals

Degree holder in Business, Communications or related disciplines
Minimum 4 years' experience in Business / Sales / Client Relationship Management
Preferably experienced in Education industry
Strategic content creation and excellent writing skills in English and Chinese
High proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
Good team player, self-motivated, result-oriented and independent

The position aims to provide a complete customer engagement experience to potential and existing customers through inbound/outbound calls, online chats and social media channels to support enquiries on Student Placement and/or IELTS.You will be the forefront for the IDP brand, as you will be the first human connection that the customer will make with IDP. The focus is to create a great experience by offering our knowledge about Student Placement and/or IELTS to ensure customers get the right information so that they can meet our counsellors or take an IELTS test through us with ease.
Confidently, politely and professionally make warm and "cold calls" to prospective customer leads to qualify opportunities for the student placement education consultants;
Contact new and existing customers in alignment to IDP campaigns, events, lead generation, appointment setting and general customer service tasks;
Respond to online chat answering questions regarding study, IELTS and related services;
Monitor and respond to social channels answering queries IDP and its services;
Nurture existing leads through ongoing outbound calling campaign to maintain effective relationships between our customers and IDP;
Maintain the accuracy of IDP's CRM including updating all customer details where possible
Demonstrate commitment to IDP's values and quality and compliance standards in everyday workplace operations;

A relevant Degree holder
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
