A number of universities in Australia and the UK allow credit transfer or course exemptions (advanced standing) from tertiary institutions in Hong Kong.

To apply for credit transfer or course exemptions in a programme, you will be required to submit a certified copy of your course (subject) syllabus from previous studies and academic transcripts along with your application.
