University Transfer Program (UTP) in Canada is like university foundation in Australia or the UK. Hong Kong students can apply for University Transfer Program using their DSE or form 5 school transcript. As students successfully complete the course, they can apply for their preferred undergraduate degree, getting into either first or second year of university.
