A package of financial and industry support to welcome talented UK undergraduates from Black, Asian, Gypsy, Traveller and ethnically diverse backgrounds to our creative community. This support comprises a bursary of £1,200 per year for three years of the programme, plus targeted mentoring.
Open to UK (home) students only.
In order to be eligible you must also have an offer for a place on one of the following courses:
BA Business of the Creative Industries
BA Music
BA Music and Sound Recording
BA Theatre: Writing, Directing and Performance
BSc Film and Television Production
BSc Interactive Media
The opportunity is open to offer holders and current first year students, with one award available per programme per year.
The awards are designed to ease the financial burden of study. The funds can be used in any way that will assist you practically on the course – including travel, accommodation and living expenses.
Recipients will be offered occasional mentoring sessions with a staff member from the School of Arts and Creative Technologies.
