Amount awarded: £1,000 each year for the duration of your course excluding placement years (terms and conditions apply)

Open to: UK (home) or ROI students

Not open to: Students who already have an honours degree, international students, students on a course that attracts additional funding via the NHS Learner Support Fund, postgraduate students.

Who should apply?

You must achieve a minimum of three grade As at A2 level or equivalent (144 UCAS points from three subjects). This level of academic excellence will need to be sustained throughout your course
You must have LJMU as your first choice (firm) via UCAS

Once you have applied to study at LJMU you will be given access to the applicant area of our website.
