Faculty of Science and Engineering Sustainability Scholarship

To be eligible for the scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Be commencing or is currently enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate coursework degree in the Faculty of Science and Engineering in session 1 2025.

Intend to study Full-Time and internally (i.e. on campus).

Demonstrated record of high academic achievement.

Can demonstrate the potential to make a positive impact in support of the United Nations Sustainable Develop goals.

Preference will be given to students who can demonstrate financial hardship or disadvantage.

Recognising excellence in Science, Information Technology and Engineering, the aim of this scholarship is to fund scholars based on excellence and equity, supporting students who have the potential to make a positive impact in support of the United Nations Sustainable Development goals.

About the scholarship

The scholarships will be targeted at students studying Science, Engineering and IT degrees. Preference will be given to students who can demonstrate that they have experienced hardship or disadvantage, including (but not limited to) financial disadvantage, non-English speaking background, geographic disadvantage, and disability.
