India $10,000 Early Acceptance Scholarship

This scholarship is awarded to eligible Indian students who commence their studies in 2025.

About the scholarship

This early acceptance scholarship is awarded to talented international students from India who intend to pursue a coursework degree at Macquarie University, offsetting approximately 25% of their annual tuition fees. Among one of the most generous in Australia, this scholarship is valued at AUD $10,000 per year for the Duration of your Bachelor's or Master's coursework degree (AUD $5,000 will be credited each session). First payment of AUD $10,000 will be credited in the second session of your first year of enrolment, with AUD $5,000 credited in each subsequent session for the Duration of the course.

Criteria

To be eligible for this scholarship, you must be a full-time international student commencing an undergraduate or postgraduate coursework degree (excluding Graduate Certificates, Bachelor of Clinical Science​, Bachelor of Psychological Sciences (Honours), Doctor of Medicine​, Doctor of Physiotherapy​, Master of Clinical Audiology​, Master of Clinical Psychology, Master of Clinical Neuropsychology, Master of Organisational Psychology​, Master of Professional Psychology, Master of Speech and Language Pathology) and meet the following criteria (Please note: The annual number of scholarship recipients may vary according to the availability of funding and the number of eligible candidates and will only be confirmed when an offer letter is made) :

Be a citizen of India.

Accept your Letter of Offer and pay the commencement fee by the Acceptance Deadline.

Remain enrolled in each compulsory study period.

Must not be a recipient of a government sponsorship or scholarship that covers full tuition fees, unless approved by Macquarie University Scholarship Team.
