Selected based outstanding academic achievement, interest in finance research careers and interview performance.
You must meet the following criteria:
A current full-time Monash student enrolled or intending to enrol in the Master of Commerce degree
You are not eligible for this scholarship if you are, or become, employed on a continuing basis or a fixed term contract for 3 months or greater.
To retain this scholarship:
The department has the discretion to cancel the scholarship after the first year if your eligibility to proceed into the PhD program is deemed unsuitable.
You must maintain full-time enrolment.
Applications are submitted directly to the faculty. Shortlisted applicants will be invited to attend a 30-minute interview with a panel constituted by the Master of Commerce Programme Director
The scholarship can be deferred under special circumstances only.
