The UNO International Academic Excellence Scholarship funds tuition costs for all admitted undergraduate students, starting at approximately USD $3,000 per year*.
Renewable for a total of five years or until you receive a bachelor's degree, whichever occurs first.
Applies to on-campus courses only
Open to first-time and transfer undergraduate students
Requires full-time enrollment in at least 12 credit hours, unless otherwise approved
On-campus courses during the summer term may be included at a pro-rated scholarship amount.
Actual scholarship amounts vary based on tuition costs. The International Academic Excellence Scholarship cannot be combined with other tuition-remission-based scholarships.
All newly admitted first-time and transfer undergraduate students will automatically be considered for the International Academic Excellence Scholarship after admission.
