This scholarship was established with funds bequeathed by Francis Henry Loxton (d. 1959), to support male students in agriculture and veterinary science.

Eligibility
To be considered for this scholarship, you must:
be male
be enrolling in the Doctor of Veterinary Medicine via the Veterinary Bioscience specialisation in the third year of the Bachelor of Science, or
be enrolling as a graduate in the first year of the Doctor of Veterinary Medicine
or
To be considered for this scholarship, you must:
be male
be enrolling in the Bachelor of Agriculture
