Eligible students are selected on the basis of financial need.
This scholarship was established with a donation from Mabel Kent and is offered to students in financial need who are enrolled in a Doctor of Medicine course or studying Music (with a preference for singing).
Benefits
The scholarship provides a one-off allowance of approximately AUD $1,500 (exact amount determined when award is offered).
Eligibility
To be considered for this scholarship, you must:
be enrolled in the doctor of medicine course at the University of Melbourne or
be studying Music (with a preference for voice)
provide evidence of financial need
If you have submitted an application for the Student Bursaries you will be automatically considered for this scholarship.
Successful applicants will be notified of the outcome of their application via email
