Eligible candidates will be ranked based on:
Academic merit, based on overall weighted average mark (WAM) in either the Honours or Masters program.
Important:
Applicants cannot concurrently hold the Professor Kernot Research Scholarship in Physics with the Dixson Scholarship in Experimental Physics or the John Tyndall Scholarship.
This scholarship is awarded to a Graduate Researcher in the School of Physics on the basis of academic merit.
Benefits
A one-off payment of up to AUD $2,500.
Eligibility
To be considered for this scholarship, you must:
Have completed the Master of Science (Physics) or Bachelor of Science (Honours) in the School of Physics at the University of Melbourne and,
Be enrolled in the Doctor of Philosophy - Science or Master of Philosophy - Science in the School of Physics at the University of Melbourne.
No application required. Successful recipients will be selected as per eligibility criteria.
