a. The Scholarship will be awarded on the basis of:

I. academic merit, and
II. an Expression of Interest response, including questions on:
i. Self-description of the applicant and previous work experience, including any relevant information about interest in and experience with disability and/or disability law
ii. Reasons for applying for the scholarship
iii. Identifying the preferred organisation(s) to undertake work experience
iv. Any workplace adjustments or assistance that may be required.

b. The Scholarship will be awarded by Dean of the Sydney Law School, or their nominated delegates.

be currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or a Juris Doctor (JD)
be registered with Inclusion and Disability Services (IDS) (overseen by the Law School Disability Liaison Officer)
be eligible and willing to enrol in the unit of study LAWS3525/5225 Legal Internship.
