Excellent academic achievement (minimum GPA equivalent to 3.5 at the U of A)
Nominee is an outstanding citizen of Ukraine
Nominee has been newly admitted to a full-time graduate degree program at the University of Alberta
Nominee is working within the fields of science and technology
Awarded on the basis of excellent academic achievement (minimum GPA equivalent to 3.5 at the U of A)
The nominee must be fluent in the Ukrainian language
The scholarship may not be held concurrently with another major award (defined as an award valued at $13,000 or greater)
Preference will be given to a nominee newly admitted to a master's degree program
A nominee newly admitted and registered full-time in a doctoral degree program may receive the award for 4 years, subject to review each year or master's degree program may receive the award for 2 years, subject to review at the end of the first year
Open to Canadian citizens.
