The scholarship is offered to the eligible candidate in the year of the award who was ranked highest amongst those considered in that year for the other UC Core Doctoral Scholarships without having subsequently been offered one of those scholarships.
Candidates must have been offered a UC Core Doctoral Scholarship in the year of the award for study in Te Kaupeka P?taiao Faculty of Science at the University.
Tenure: The scholarship is tenable for the period necessary to complete up to 360 points of enrolment.
Applicable Enrolment During Tenure: The scholarship is tenable by full-time and part-time students engaged in study for a research doctoral degree in Te Kaupeka P?taiao Faculty of Science at the University.
